Authorize a representative: How to give authorization?

  1. Sign in to your My Business Account.
  2. Tap on “Profile” in the upper section of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the “Authorized Representatives” section.
  4. Click on “Manage Authorized Representatives.”
  5. Next, click on “Authorize a representative.”
  6. Type in either your accountant’s Representative Identification Number (RepID) or the business number of your accountant’s firm.
  7. Choose “Level 2” for authorization level.
  8. Leave the expiration date field blank.
  9. Select “All accounts” to grant access to all your accounts.
  10. Check the box to confirm your selection.
  11. Finally, click “Submit” to complete the authorization process.
